Coffee Experience Switzerland - Following the Traces of a New Coffee Generation

The book by Joscha Gewinner deals with the pioneers of Swiss specialty coffee. With people who, through their cafes, roasteries, import companies and much more, have tried and continue to try to bring consumers closer to the taste of specialty coffee.

This coffee table book focuses on 20 different coffee locations throughout Switzerland. At these locations, people dedicate their entire day to coffee. Roasters, baristas, logistics specialists, researchers... coffee-enthusiastic people work together to revolutionize the coffee value chain, in order to establish both fair participation for all stakeholders and a new standard of coffee quality.
