In our temperature test, the Victoria Arduino Eagle One Prima was relatively stable. Temperatures fluctuated between 0.6 and 1 degree from the average brewing temperature. It should be noted that there are dual boiler espresso machines and also thermoblocks that achieve greater precision on a single group head. The Eagle One shows its strengths more in continuous use.
The milk frothing performance is powerful and impressed our tester Michel Aeschbacher. In particular, starting and stopping the frothing at the push of a button brings speed and precision to frothing, since you no longer have to laboriously turn a dial back and forth.
With the Eagle One Prima App, temperature and pre-brewing can be conveniently controlled. Additional features round out its capabilities. We were not pleased with the drip tray, which is very small and difficult to remove from the machine. Considerable risk of dripping! The machine is probably designed for connection to a drain line. However, the corresponding hole would need to be drilled afterward.
