What are the consequences of climate change for coffee production, for people, for the beverage itself, and indeed for the entire industry?
Philipp Reichel is coffee-driven, someone who can discuss coffee on a meta level because he masters the micro level just as well: as founder of several cafés in Berlin, as a roaster, entrepreneur and networker, he knows how the coffee industry works.
With his latest project, the community roastery Communal Coffee in Berlin, he connects not only roasteries, but also other companies to redesign logistics, energy efficiency and organization.
Coffee is part of climate change. We can all help determine whether it becomes more part of the solution or part of the problem.
