- "If necessary, roasters need to trim down. My experience shows that roasters tend to diversify more and more. Now roasters have the chance to reconsider their portfolio."
- "Sometimes it's also legitimate to consider whether I want to use a lower quality in a blend."
- "Be careful not to fall into a general mode of change. It's about asking precisely what I need to change and why right now. Don't just rush into it."
