The article features four passionate baristas—Janine Landolt, Shem Leupin, Michal Otte, and Sandra Stucki. We were able to accompany Salz & Pfeffer and support the creation of the article. It was an honor for us. The article is illustrated with photographs by Jürg Waldmeier. Overall, truly an excellent piece all around! Highly recommended reading.
