The Barista Intermediate One Day Course is a continuation of the introduction course. The main focus of this one day course is to achieve the perfect extraction of the Espresso and to pour Latte Art in milk beverages whilst improving the overall workflow behind the Espresso machine. Participants of this course already joined the introductory course or gained experience on the Espresso machine.
Costs: CHF 340.-. The registration fee includes the course material, lunch, refreshments, a certificate.
Philipp Schallberger is member of the management team at Kaffeemacher, co-founder of the Kaffeemacher roastery and the Kaffeemacher coffee farm in Nicaragua, Finca Santa Rita. Philipp does not only love coffee but also wine and is a hobby-winegrower in Basel. He is a certified Arabica Q-Grader, serves as Sensory Judge on coffee competitions and is a two-times Swiss Barista Champion (2009/12).
