L'incontro con le persone rimane un ricordo molto positivo. Così continuiamo ad acquistare il raccolto fresco anno dopo anno e siamo entusiasti della qualità sempre convincente. Nel 2014 Benjamin è diventato Campione Svizzero del Brewers Cup con il caffè Ichamama. Felix ha partecipato al Campionato Svizzero nell'ottobre 2022 e ha ricevuto i voti più alti per il caffè.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003ePerché il caffè ha questo sapore?\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUno dei vantaggi affascinanti di una partnership di lunga data è che possiamo riconoscere il profilo di sapore di questo caffè tra molti altri. Tuttavia, è sempre sorprendente come le diverse note di sapore varino di anno in anno. Nel 2014 il caffè aveva il sapore di una composta di rabarbaro, nel 2017 era la pastiglia Grether's liquida, nel 2021 le more dominavano l'aroma, quest'anno sono piuttosto bacche rosse e acide.
