L'arbre Guabo protège les caféiers des fortes pluies et du soleil extrême, ce qui permet aux cerises de mûrir lentement. Après la récolte sélective, le café est lavé et séché lentement pendant 15 jours.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSidra est associée à la région, mais son origine exacte n'est pas connue. Cette variété est très appréciée pour ses arômes floraux, ses notes de fruits fins et sa douceur.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003ePourquoi avons-nous acheté ce café ?\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUn café d'Équateur figurait depuis longtemps sur notre liste, mais nous n'en avions pas trouvé qui nous convenait jusqu'à présent. Grâce à notre nouveau partenaire \u003cem\u003eCaravela Coffee\u003c\/em\u003e, nous avons découvert le Sidra de Fausto Miguel Romo Guevara, qui nous plaît beaucoup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNanegal dans la province de Pichincha est connu pour ses cafés d'excellence. Certaines des meilleures fermes (Finca Maputo) s'y trouvent. La région figure régulièrement parmi les premiers rangs lors des concours annuels de café Cup of Excellence.
