Since 2017, we have been working with 18 Conejo and have visited them several times to learn more about Demeter coffee production and to launch new joint projects. In the region of São Gonçalo do Sapucaí, they grow a wide variety of varieties and, with the cooperative as well as individual producers, have repeatedly been successful in coffee competitions such as the Cup of Excellence. The coffee cherries for the APAS blend were dried on the patio and then mechanically pulped.
